Advertiser Account
An Advertiser account is a Special account. It is designed for the
person who wants to advertise their Opportunities and/or Websites to the ULTIMATE degree. There is NO surfing requirement. The Advertiser account includes one 30-day front page link, UNLIMITED views of 2 banner ads for 30 days, one 5-day surfbar link (approx. 350,000 views), one 30-day login page ad, and UNLIMITED views of up to 50 website url's. This account is truly designed for maximum exposure! All websites and ads must follow our Terms.
The cost of the Advertiser Account is $19.95 per month by subscription or $24.95 for one month. No Refunds are allowed after payment is received unless we fail to provide the described services. NO SPECIFIC RESULTS ARE REPRESENTED OR GUARANTEED.
Inactive Accounts
An account is considered to be Inactive if they have not surfed for 180 days. If an account is identified as
Inactive all promotion of the websites/URL’s in that account will be stopped. If an account is Inactive
for 360 days all websites/URL’s in the account may be deleted and all credits and earnings, if any,
may be forfeited and deleted. Inactive members may have their
account re-instated if they become active again, and request the re-instatement from Admin
. No
prior earnings or credits, if deleted, will be re-instated. No sign-up credit re-instatement will be allowed after 1 year.
General Policy (addendum)
All members must keep their account active in order to earn money, get paid, or advertise websites.
If you have entered a link and it is still
"Waiting" after two days then one of two things is wrong. Either you haven/t
assigned any credits to it or there is something which we consider questionable. We are a traffic exchange first and foremost. Our intent is to advertise websites and business opportunities. An Inactive account benefits no one.
Privacy Policy
StormSurf Traffic collects only such information as needed to reasonably identify who we are dealing with. This includes a name, username, and email address. We further collect the IP address of each member to help us to identify security breaches and provide a secure environment in which to conduct our business. If a member earns, and requests payouts, in excess of $599.00 in one calendar year and is a resident of the United States of America then we, by law, must obtain that member's legal name, mailing address, social security number, and W4 (withholding status) information. If this information is not provided, or is not provided in a timely manner, then we are unable to honor any cashout requests from that member that would exceed $599.00. This restriction is imposed by the U.S. government Internal Revenue Service and not by StormSurf Traffic. If the member is notified, or becomes aware, that their earnings will exceed $599.00 it is the member's responsibility to ensure that the previously mentioned information is provided to StormSurf Traffic in an expeditious and timely manner. Failure by StormSurf Traffic to notify the member will in no way relieve the member of this responsibility.
