General Policy

Any person adding websites to our system that violates our Terms Of Use or other policies set forth on, or within the pages of, the StormSurf Traffic website, or as announced by Admin Personnel, is subject to immediate cancellation and deletion of their account. Any person introducing damaging material into the system (viruses, worms, auto or stealth downloads of any kind) will be subject to the above PLUS legal action and punitive damages whenever possible.

Privacy Policy

StormSurf Traffic collects only such information as is needed to reasonably identify who we are dealing with. This includes a name, username, and email address. We further collect the IP address of each member to help us to identify security breaches and provide a secure environment in which to conduct our business. We may retain this information for a period of 1 year past end of membership to reasonably ascertain if a member has attempted to defraud us by signing up, receiving bonuses, deleting their account, and repeating the signup process. We will not reveal any user identifiable information to anyone, under any circumstances, unless fraud is determined or such release of information is required by law.
